Items purchased using a discount code or during a temporary sale of 15% or more are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of delivery. Intimates, jewelry, home/gift items, and eyewear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds are issued for items that are permanently out of stock. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the return is received at our warehouse and will be sent to the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you use our return label, $8 will be deducted from your refund.
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or for another item. Please indicate your desired size or replacement item on your return form. Exchange orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days, subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange is processed. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days. Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Items may run small, and a larger size will be shipped when available. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued. Colors may vary, as each piece is unique even within the same style. Garments come pre-washed. Hand wash only and do not tumble dry.
Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
