Return Policy

We will gladly exchange or issue store credit for merchandise returned (in their unworn, unwashed, odor free and original condition) within 10 days of receipt of the original order shipment.

  • ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY.
  • Items purchased with a discount code or on sale are eligible for exchange or return for store credit.
  • Accessories (jewelry, tapestries, singing bawls, bags, etc) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • For returned items past the 10 day return period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given. The 10 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer.

EXCHANGES
We are now offering exchanges for the same item but in a different size. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that on your return form. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5 to 7 business days free of charge. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address of the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return and issue you a refund.

DISCLAIMER
Handmeade clothing from Nepal, India, Thailand:

  • Fits small and if you need a larger size it will be shipped when we receive the exchange. If no stock available full refund will be issued.
  • Colors may vary, no item is the same even of the same style as this clothing is handmade.
  • Clothing comes pre-washed (Nepal), wash by hand only, no dryer.
  • Repairs are available upon request within 5 days of receiving, if clothing was worn once and got ripped.
  • Some clothing is one size fits all.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.
 

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type.
  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

RETURN RESTRICTIONS

  • We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.
  • Returns older than 15 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return Form must be included in your shipment.
  • Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to be processed.
  • Once orders are shipped they should be received within 5-10 business days. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday or USPS exceptions beyond our control.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and USPS. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. We are always happy to replace items that aren’t marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.
  • Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
  • Log onto www.usps.com to file a missing package or damaged package claim.
  • Visit your local USPS office with tracking handy to see where the mail man dropped off your package.
  • Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door. 
  • Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as “delivered” a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
